ReplyDeleteI know all about those meltdown moments too! I also have to have a rage and then the tears flow and then finally I feel better! I spin all the plates all the time and every now and then I fall below my own exacting standards and the sky falls in!Ahhhh, all part of the female condition I think!
You sound calm amd refreshed, I had my moment two weeks ago when I just had to jump off the Merry-go-round, I am all good again now,
